When Jeremy Gilmore approached us, he had big plans—a real estate company built on clarity, trust, and growth. Milestone PG wasn’t just about selling property; it was about guiding people through every milestone of their real estate journey. And that’s exactly what we set out to capture.
We started where we always do—deep in the strategy trenches. Every design decision had to reinforce Milestone PG’s purpose: a modern, monotone palette with soft yellow accents for warmth, a clean, structured wordmark, and a distinct ‘M’ monogram that signals confidence, direction, and trust.
